Delivery days:

| We deliver "everyday" of the week except Easter,Thanksgiving and Christmas days and stock your items in your
room prior to your arrival at these participating properties (listed below) in Waikiki
OR if you are here by 3 PM the following day that you place your
order. We will be adding more hotels/properties in the coming months.

| If you wish for us to shop at Whole Foods there will be an additional $20.00 shopping fee.
|
If your Grocery Order (without taxes or delivery fee being added) exceeds $300.00 a 10% shopping and
delivery fee will be added.

|
PLEASE NOTE: For all deliveries outside of Waikiki (96815 zip code) the following
rates will apply in addition to our standard delivery and stocking fee of $30.00.
The amount will be added to your credit card when we process your order.

If we receive in an order not from our site (www.hawaiigroceryservice.com) via phone, email or fax there is a 20% shopping fee along with our delivery fees as listed below. We give you a register receipt at time of delivery which will have a reference to all products bought and the price of each item.

| Order by 8 PM for delivery next day by 3 PM.

Same Day Delivery:
| If you are ordering for same day delivery the order must be in by 8 AM to be delivered
by 6 PM the same day and there is a surcharge of $10.00. You will be notified if
we cannot meet the 6 PM delivery time.
